This program ensures that every supervisor, support staff member, and housekeeper receives both theoretical knowledge and practical experience. The facility includes various practical items like different types of floors, toilets, and urinals to simulate real-world environments.

Guided by Excellence

Following CSLTI (Cleanco Services Ltd Training Institute) guidelines, we’ve developed a detailed training manual and checklists to uphold the highest hygiene standards. CSLTI-certified executives and supervisors from CSL Singapore lead our program and are in charge of educating new housekeepers.

Commitment of Training and Development in HRM

Every housekeeper & human resource at CSL goes through a rigorous 7-day training program before receiving a site assignment. Also, combine both on-the-job and off-the-job components in this comprehensive training to fully equip them for their responsibilities. During this period, they learn essential skills, including the use of cleaning tools, techniques, and safety protocols. This training program focuses on maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism, ensuring every housekeeper is prepared to deliver exceptional service at your site.

Human Resource Training & Development Schedule

  • Day 01: Introduction, CSL quality, cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment.
  • Day 02: Maintenance of cookery equipment, tea/coffee preparation, filing system, mopping, glass, toilet cleaning, and vacuuming.
  • Day 03: Furniture Cleaning, Mopping, Dust Control, Vacuuming, and Glass Cleaning.
  • Day 04-06: On-the-job training.
  • Day 07: Final assessment. This program ensures CSL delivers exceptional service to all clients.
